This policy covers the MyBodyPath website and provides separately labelled information about the MyBodyPath app. The website and app have different data flows. It does not suggest that every planned app or commercial feature is already available.
3. Website information and hosting
This website has no contact form, user account, sign-in, upload, payment field, advertising system, marketing pixel or analytics service. Visitors may choose to contact us using an email link.
When the website is made publicly available using ChatGPT Sites, OpenAI will host it and may process operational information such as logs, usage information and device information as needed to host, maintain, secure and support the website. We do not promise a particular hosting country, and ChatGPT Sites does not support data or inference residency at launch.
4. Information you choose to send by email
If you email us, we receive the address you use, your message and any information or attachments you include. We use it to understand and respond to the enquiry, keep an appropriate business record, protect our rights and meet legal obligations.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive health or medical information by ordinary email. Share only what is necessary for the request.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
MyBodyPath has not added non-essential cookies, advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this website. No consent banner is included because the website does not add those technologies. Hosting infrastructure may still use strictly necessary technical processing. If optional technologies are introduced later, this policy will be updated before they are used.
6. MyBodyPath app
The app uses device storage for product records and preferences, includes user-directed backup or export functionality, and can support optional connected-health access where the user grants platform permission. Certain features can make network requests, including provider-backed food or product lookups and meal-suggestion workflows.
Some launch details are still being confirmed. Before the app becomes publicly available, this policy will be updated to describe the relevant platform permissions, app-data categories, provider roles, network destinations, account state, sync and restore behaviour, retention, deletion, diagnostics, subscriptions and AI processing.
We do not claim that all data always stays on the device, that no technical data is processed, or that every planned feature has the same processing boundary.
7. Why information is used
Depending on the context, information may be used to provide requested support, operate and secure the website, respond to privacy or legal enquiries, maintain necessary business records, comply with law, and establish or defend legal rights. The intended legal bases include performance of a requested service, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website and business, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where the law requires it.
8. Service providers and recipients
Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, security and business email, and by professional advisers or authorities where necessary and lawful. OpenAI is the intended ChatGPT Sites hosting provider. We do not sell website enquiry information or use it for advertising.
9. International processing and transfers
Some service providers may process information outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Where transfer safeguards are required, MyBodyPath Limited will use an appropriate legal mechanism and assess the provider arrangement. This policy does not assert a hosting country that has not been verified.
10. Retention
We keep website enquiries and related records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose, legal obligations, security and the establishment or defence of claims. Different records may require different periods. App-specific retention and deletion information will be added when those arrangements are confirmed.
11. Security
We use proportionate organisational and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet or email system is completely secure, so visitors should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
12. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, object to certain processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. These rights can have legal limits and exceptions.
13. How to make a request
Email privacy@mybodypath.app. We may need proportionate information to confirm identity and understand the request, but you should not send passwords or excessive sensitive data.
14. Complaints
Please contact us first if you have a privacy concern. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland or another competent supervisory authority.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website, app and provider arrangements are confirmed. The page will show a revised date, and material changes will reflect the services and processing that are actually available.
